UST, empresa multinacional, busca un desarrollador backend Java para colaborar con cliente global en wealth management. El puesto es híbrido en Madrid (3 días oficina, 2 días teletrabajo) con posibilidad de reubicación y capacitación en Actico Platform.

Trabajarás con stakeholders IT y negocio, diseñarás y ejecutarás pruebas, y participarás en proyectos desafiantes dentro de un equipo internacional centrado en calidad y entrega de valor.

Formación

• Conocimientos sólidos en Java y el ciclo de vida del software.
• Experiencia en RESTful services y bases de datos Oracle/SQL.
• Experiencia con Eclipse IDE para desarrollo y debugging.
• Kafka es deseable; exposición a MQs como IBM MQ o RabbitMQ es un plus.
• Comprensión de patrones de comunicación asíncrona y sistemas distribuidos.
• Capacidad para diseñar y ejecutar pruebas funcionales e de integración.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener backend Java para soluciones en wealth management.
• Colaborar con stakeholders IT y negocio para entregar soluciones de alto impacto.
• Diseñar, crear y ejecutar pruebas, datos de prueba y entornos simulados.
• Garantizar la calidad, estabilidad y validación de las aplicaciones antes del lanzamiento.

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Java Backend Developer to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company. Work model is hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open for relocation! Note: We will provide training on the Actico Platform

What do we expect from you?

• Strong knowledge of the Java technology stack , software engineering best practices, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of RESTful web service integration.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE for development, debugging, and application troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL developmen t.
• Experience with Kafka is preferred, while exposure to platforms such as IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ), RabbitMQ, or similar alternatives will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous communication patterns, message-driven architectures, and distributed system integration.
• Experience in designing, creating, and executing: Functional testing Integration testing Acceptance testing Mock-up testing
• Ability to independently define test scenarios, create test data, build mock environments, and thoroughly test their own developments.
• As there will initially be no dedicated QA team, developers will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and validation of their own applications before release.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynamic Application Framework (DAF).
• Experience in Business Rule Management, including: Modelling Management Implementation Certifications or training in Visual Rules or Actico Rules.
• Experience with Actico Platform integration, particularly in Workplace-focused environments.
