MindShore busca un Backend AI Engineer para un proyecto con un cliente español, trabajando en soluciones backend con Java Spring Boot o .NET C#, integrando IA basada en LLMs y pipelines RAG. Se valorará experiencia real en producción y diseño de APIs y microservicios.

El rol es 100% remoto desde España, contratación a tiempo completo, con payroll español. Se requiere 3+ años de experiencia, conocimiento de Azure/AWS y frameworks AI (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel).

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones backend con Java o .NET.
• Diseñar e integrar APIs y arquitecturas de microservicios.
• Desarrollar soluciones IA con LLMs y pipelines RAG.
• Construir y orquestar flujos con agentes IA y herramientas.
• Trabajar con ingeniería de prompts y llamadas a funciones.
• Evaluar e integrar frameworks IA en arquitecturas backend.
• Contribuir a una arquitectura escalable y mantenible.
• Investigar tecnologías emergentes y oportunidades IA.

At MindShore, we're looking for a Backend AI Engineer to join an exciting project with one of our clients, a Spanish technology consulting company specializing in digital solutions, software development, and innovation, delivering technology‑driven projects across different industries!

We're looking for a technically strong, curious, and proactive professional with solid backend development experience and a strong background in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate combines software engineering foundations with hands‑on experience designing, developing, and integrating AI‑powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or .NET (C#).
• Strong understanding of API design and integration, as well as microservices architectures.
• Demonstrable experience designing, developing, and integrating AI‑powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) in real‑world projects, ideally deployed in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience or strong practical knowledge of RAG architectures, AI agents, orchestration, prompt engineering, and function calling / tool use.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong technical curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to propose technical solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and take ownership of initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing and maintaining LLM‑based solutions in production environments.
• Personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, open‑source contributions, or technical proofs of concept demonstrating hands‑on AI development experience.
• Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and advanced RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and multi‑agent systems.
• Experience with both Java and .NET ecosystems.
• Good level of English.
