Outpost24 is seeking a Social Media Coordinator in Barcelona to grow organic presence for Outpost24 and Specops across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Mastodon. You’ll collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to transform cybersecurity topics into engaging content that drives awareness and brand growth.

• 2–3 years in a dedicated Social Media Specialist or Coordinator role.
• Fluent English written and spoken; professional B2B communication.
• Background in B2B marketing with cybersecurity/tech experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn organic and YouTube optimization; familiarity with Mastodon.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Mastodon.
• Create branded social graphics and thumbnails using Canva and light editing tools.
• Monitor channels daily; respond to comments and mentions promptly.
• Repurpose whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and product releases into bite-sized formats.
• Track engagement metrics and provide insights for organic growth.
• Ensure high-quality copy, tags, links, and formatting across posts.
