Exoticca is seeking a Group Travel Support professional to be the voice of the brand for travel agents on group inquiries, policy questions, and pre-sales support. You will handle pre-sales inquiries, qualify hot leads, and guide group requests through to completed trips.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages a plus).
• Availability to work Afternoon/Evening shifts 3 PM–Midnight.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Pre-Sales Frontline: Answer incoming calls from travel agents for pre-sales inquiries, policies, and commissions.
• Qualify Hot Leads: Identify group opportunities, gather key details, and hand off to Travel Specialists.
• Review & Track Group Cases: Manage group requests and review updates to keep agents informed.
• Keep the Momentum Going: Conduct account check-ins and policy updates to ensure opportunities progress.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with Specialist and Post-Booking teams to boost group sales and service quality.

What is our proposal?

As a B2B Group Travel Support team member, you'll be the voice of our brand for travel agents reaching out with new group inquiries, policy questions, and pre-sales support.

• Be the Pre-Sales Frontline: Answer incoming calls from travel agents to assist with pre-sales inquiries, group policies, and commission structures
• Qualify Hot Leads: Identify exciting group opportunities, gather key details, and seamlessly hand off qualified leads to our Travel Specialists
• Review & Track Group Cases: Manage group requests and review case updates to keep travel agents informed and ensure every trip moves forward smoothly
• Keep the Momentum Going: Handle account check-ins, policy updates, and proactive follow-ups so no opportunity falls through the cracks
• Collaborate for Success: Team up with our Specialist and Post-Booking teams to boost group sales, streamline operations, and deliver world-class service to our agency partners

Requirements

• Passionate About Travel: You love the travel industry and get excited about helping create group journeys worldwide
• A Great Communicator: You enjoy talking to people on the phone, have great active listening skills, and can explain details clearly and enthusiastically
• A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and love supporting your teammates to achieve big goals together
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can easily track cases, review trip details, and manage multi-step follow-ups
• Eager to Learn: No extensive travel background? No problem! If you have positive energy, a quick-learning mindset, and basic tech skills (we use tools like Salesforce to track cases, but we'll train you!), we'll teach you the rest
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a big plus!)
• Availability to work on this schedule: Afternoon/Evening shifts between 3 PM to Midnight
