Microsoft Spain is seeking a skilled Azure infrastructure professional to lead migration programs and cloud transformations for strategic Spanish customers. You will collaborate with architects and delivery leads to shape Azure engagements, manage risks, and drive adoption of Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities include pre-sales shaping, technical delivery, and program execution across multiple streams, with a focus on delivering measurable business value in the Spain region.

Formación

• 3+ years of infrastructure consulting, systems engineering, or cloud consulting experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.
• Experience migrating on-premises infrastructure to Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and business-value storytelling.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Infrastructure migration and cloud transformation knowledge.

• Pre-Sales Support: gather requirements, shape proposals, and advise on offerings with internal stakeholders.
• Technical Delivery: lead customer meetings, map business needs to Azure solutions, manage risks and dependencies, and develop project artifacts and WBS.
• Solution execution: oversee workstreams across domains, ensure alignment with architecture intent, and manage escalations and resource coordination.
• I Intellectual Property Management: contribute to content reuse, provide feedback on IP, and improve offerings.
• Business Development: identify opportunities to expand cloud adoption and articulate value propositions for Microsoft products/services.
• Readiness: acquire certifications, lead knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and evangelize offerings.
• Operational Excellence: ensure compliance with policies, manage readiness tasks, and lead by example.

In this role you will lead Azure infrastructure initiatives and migration programs for strategic Spanish customers. You will work with architects and delivery leads to deliver Spanish-language Azure engagements with measurable outcomes. You will shape cloud transformations, landing zone implementations, and identity/workload migrations, driving adoption of Microsoft technologies. You will engage cross-functional teams to manage risks and deliver value while aligning with One Microsoft and customer outcomes. This position offers impact by accelerating cloud modernization at scale in the Spain region.
