Hitachi Energy is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join the DPS v2 team in Madrid. You will design and automate Azure cloud infrastructure, secure networking, and compliance across a global platform.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and Cyber Security to deliver a scalable and highly available cloud environment. You will work with Terraform, Azure DevOps, and modern security practices to improve automation, monitoring, and platform reliability, while supporting manufacturing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, cloud security, IAM, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience working in security and compliance-driven organizations is highly valued.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration across international teams are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Build and operate secure cloud networking solutions, including ExpressRoute, private endpoints, firewalls, network security groups and RBAC.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, IAM and Network teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Improve platform reliability with monitoring, observability, dashboards and automated alerting.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, cost optimization, scalability and adoption of new Azure services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.

The Opportunity

We are looking for DevSecOps Engineers to join our growing Digital Passport System (DPS v2) team and help build, secure and continuously improve a global cloud platform running on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will design, automate and operate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code while ensuring the platform meets the highest standards of security, networking and compliance. Working closely with architects, software developers and enterprise Cyber, IAM and Network teams, you will play a key role in delivering a scalable, secure and highly available cloud environment that supports manufacturing operations worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern Azure technologies, contribute to the evolution of a global digital platform, and make a real impact through automation, cloud security and operational excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design, implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Your Background
