Luxoft is seeking an experienced AxiomSL Implementation Consultant to support regulatory reporting solutions for banking clients across Europe. The role requires hands-on AxiomSL / ControllerView implementation experience and a strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.

You will analyze requirements, configure reports, data mappings and workflows, and collaborate with data sources and stakeholders through the full implementation lifecycle.

Formación

• Hands-on AxiomSL / ControllerView experience required.
• Experience implementing regulatory reporting for banks/financial institutions.
• Experience with European regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, etc.).
• Ability to tailor templates to country/jurisdiction needs.
• Strong data analysis, data lineage and reconciliation skills.

• We are looking for an experienced AxiomSL Implementation Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of regulatory reporting solutions for banking clients across Europe.
• The successful candidate will have hands-on AxiomSL / ControllerView implementation experience, a good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, and experience implementing client-specific and local jurisdictional customizations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions, from requirements analysis through configuration, testing and deployment.
• Analyze regulatory and business requirements and translate them into appropriate AxiomSL solution configurations.
• Configure and implement regulatory reports, data mappings, business rules, calculations and reporting workflows.
• Work with client data sources to define source-to-target mappings and integrate data into AxiomSL.
• Implement and maintain localised/customized regulatory reporting requirements where standard AxiomSL functionality requires client
• r jurisdiction-specific enhancements.
• Analyze gaps between standard AxiomSL solutions and client requirements and recommend appropriate configuration or customisation.
• Support implementation of regulatory changes and new reporting requirements.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation and troubleshooting using SQL and AxiomSL tools.
• Work closely with regulatory SMEs, Business Analysts, developers, testers and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployment and post-production implementation activities.
• Produce appropriate functional and technical implementation documentation.

Skills

Must have

• 3-5 years of hands-on AxiomSL / Controller View Implementation experience.
• Proven experience implementing AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions within banks or financial institutions.
• Experience with Nasdaq RegCloud and/or migration from on-premise AxiomSL to RegCloud.
• Exposure to European regulatory reporting including COREP, FINREP, LCR, NSFR, ALMM, AnaCredit, DGS, IRRBB or other local regulatory returns.
• Experience implementing AxiomSL across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Experience adapting standard regulatory reporting templates to meet country-, entity client-specific requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory data lineage, data quality, reconciliation and reporting controls.
• Exposure to regulatory change implementation and AxiomSL solution
• Experience with regulatory reporting implementation, including data sourcing, mappings, calculations, validations and regulatory outputs.
• Experience implementing local jurisdictional requirements and client-specific customizations.
• Strong understanding of AxiomSL data structures, workflows and regulatory reporting processes.
• Good SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience performing gap analysis between standard AxiomSL functionality and client requirements.
• Ability to translate regulatory/business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work directly with business, regulatory and technology stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
