AXA Health, con sede en Madrid, busca un profesional de reporting financiero para unirse a su departamento de Finanzas. Se valorará experiencia en instrumentos financieros y normas IFRS para gestionar procesos contables complejos.

Entre las funciones destacan la reconciliación de datos, cierres trimestrales y generación de informes regulatorios, trabajando con equipos de Contabilidad, IT y Actuarial en un entorno internacional.

Formación

• Máster en Finanzas, Contabilidad o Auditoría.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en seguros o puestos similares.
• Inglés profesional; el francés es un plus.
• Conocimientos sólidos de IFRS 9 y normas instrumentales.
• Experiencia con IFRS, Solvency II y herramientas de reporting (Business Objects, SAP FI, BFC).

Responsabilidades

• Reconciliación y control de calidad de datos contables de inversiones.
• Monitorear la contabilización de activos financieros junto al equipo dedicado.
• Elaborar y analizar estados financieros relacionados con inversiones.
• Participar en cierres trimestrales y anuales (FGAAP, IFRS, SII).
• Liderar y producir informes regulatorios (QRT solo y grupo).
• Contribuir a informes de grupo dentro de SAP BFC (Solvencia II, IFRS).
• Apoyar mejoras de fiabilidad de procesos (controles, flujos de datos).
• Preparar análisis para governance bodies (CFO, comités).
• Interacción regular con Finanzas, Actuarial, Controling, IT y Grupo.

Within the Tax & Finance Department, as a member of the team responsible for management, production, and finalization of financial investment reporting, you would be responsible for:

• Reconciliation and quality control of data (matching reporting data with accounting data)
• Monitoring the accounting of financial assets in collaboration with the dedicated team
• Production and analysis of financial statements related to investments (financial results, annexe, reports)
• Participation in quarterly and annual closing activities (FGAAP, IFRS, and SII related to assets)
• Leading and producing regulatory reports (QRT solo and group – quarterly and annual)
• Contributing to group reporting within SAP BFC (Solvency II, IFRS)
• Supporting process reliability improvements (controls, data flows)
• Assisting in the preparation of OCI (Other Comprehensive Income) clearances within the scope of investments and documenting IFC controls
• Preparing analysis and synthesis supports for governance bodies (CFO, committees)
• Regular interaction with internal teams: Finance, Actuarial, Controlling, DI, IT, Group

Profile:

Technical Skills :

• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and accounting standards (FGAAP, IFRS, Solvency II)
• Good understanding of IFRS 9
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Business Objects, SAP FI, BFC)
• Professional level of English, French is a plus

Education / Degrees : Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, and/or Audit.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in insurance and/or similar roles.
