Job summary

AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects, bridging business requirements with technical outcomes while applying Well-Architected and CAF frameworks. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive customer outcomes across diverse stakeholders.

The role requires strong program leadership, AWS certifications, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience in delivering IT projects with external customers.
• Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects.
• Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• English and Spanish fluency are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services, architectures and best practices.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards.
