Amazon Web Services ProServe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud migration and implementation projects. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive customer outcomes and align business goals with AWS frameworks.

You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor other PMs, and travel up to 50% to client sites, delivering scalable, secure cloud solutions for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Proven delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent.
• Engagement management experience leading other project managers on programs with multiple projects.
• Experience with Agile and project management tools like Jira, Asana or Miro.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• English and Spanish fluency are required for this role.
