SoftwareOne busca un Consultant de AWS para liderar el diseño de soluciones y guiar la adopción de la nube en clientes en Madrid, con un enfoque en buenas prácticas y metodologías de entrega. El rol implica asesorar a equipos y garantizar arquitecturas seguras y escalables.

Se requiere experiencia práctica en diseño de AWS, herramientas de migración (MAP) y certificaciones AWS: Cloud Practitioner y Solutions Architect – Associate. Se valora capacidad de mentoría y enfoque en calidad.

Formación

• Manos a AWS design con seguridad, identidad, IaaS y PaaS.
• Experiencia con herramientas de assessment y marcos de migración (MAP).
• Capacidad para orientar a consultores y promover la excelencia técnica.

Responsabilidades

• Guiar la adopción de AWS desde la evaluación inicial hasta la estrategia de transformación.
• Diseñar arquitecturas AWS seguras y escalables alineadas a objetivos de negocio y técnicos.
• Realizar evaluaciones técnicas y identificar oportunidades de modernización y optimización.
• Construir roadmaps de servicio para infraestructura, identidad, seguridad, disponibilidad y recuperación.
• Asegurar la calidad y cumplimiento con los estándares de servicio de SoftwareOne.
• Brindar mentoría técnica a consultores a lo largo de los engagements.

Practical Information

• Location: Madrid
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Visa Requirements: Valid work authorization for Spain
• Language Requirements: Professional Spanish and English, written and verbal.

As our new AWS Consultant, you will lead AWS solution design initiatives and advise customers on their cloud adoption and transformation journey. You will ensure best practices and delivery methodologies are consistently applied across projects while acting as a technical mentor for Associate consultants and team members. Your expertise will help customers modernize their environments securely, efficiently, and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to guide AWS adoption, from initial assessments through transformation strategy
• Design secure, scalable AWS architectures aligned with business and technical objectives
• Perform technical assessments and identify modernization and optimization opportunities
• Build service roadmaps covering cloud infrastructure, identity, security, availability, and recovery strategies
• Ensure quality and compliance with SoftwareOne’s service standards and project methodologies
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to consultants across engagements

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS design, including security, identity, IaaS and PaaS solutions
• Experience using assessment tools and working within migration frameworks, including MAP
• Ability to mentor consultants and drive technical excellence across projects
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

Desirable

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
• Experience working with the AWS Well‑Architected Framework
