Ryanair is recruiting an Avionics Engineer- Technical Services in Madrid to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group. You will report to the Avionics Manager and Deputy Director of Technical Services, creating and issuing engineering orders and technical reports, and liaising with Boeing and equipment manufacturers to resolve issues.

The role covers reviewing service bulletins, supporting Maintrol and maintenance, aiding reliability improvements, generating operator documents, and supporting aircraft

Formación

• 3+ years in airline tech services or line maintenance with avionics focus.
• Engineering degree or B-2 license required.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, especially A320/B737.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives in detail.
• Provide troubleshooting support to Maintrol, base and line maintenance.
• Support reliability by identifying and addressing repetitive fleet failures.
• Create and edit operator documents (MEL; Tech Notices; Procedures Notices).
• Assist with aircraft lease returns related to avionics issues.
