IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our production hub. You will recruit doctors and build a stable panel for market research studies, engaging participants and maintaining updated records.

You will contact physicians by phone and email, encouraging participation and managing follow-ups to maximize response rates within a diverse, multinational team committed to ethical recruitment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life!

Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise.
