Monks is seeking a creative designer to craft and adapt social media designs, aligning with brand guidelines and regional market needs. You will collaborate with a design-focused team to develop concepts and ensure high-quality visual executions across channels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in advertising or comms, strong Adobe CC skills, and fluency in English. You will contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment and help deliver standout campaigns.

Formación

• 3+ years of proven work experience in advertising or communications agencies.
• Significant Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bonus points for Figma, Sketch, AfterEffects, editing/color-editing.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong typography, interaction design, storytelling fundamentals.
• Willingness to do repetitive tasks when needed.
• Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides client decks.
• Curiosity, creativity, and high visual quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Generate clear ideas with the content team to support local markets with campaigns for an iconic automotive brand.
• Understand social media initiatives, strategic position and target audience.
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Manage the visual side of the Social Media Calendar.
• Conduct image research to source visuals for strong campaign composition.
• Present complete ideas and art designs to clients and team members.
• Own smaller projects or parts of bigger projects and deliver high-quality results.
