Job summary

Stark Future SL is seeking a Senior Quality professional to lead QMS development, supplier management, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Engineering to achieve vehicle homologation across international markets and implement robust COP processes.

Based in Sant Boi, Barcelona, you will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure safety and environmental standards are met while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment with production and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to establish, implement and lead QMS development including ISO/TS standards.
• Experience achieving vehicle homologation and COP requirements across countries.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and supplier audits.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and Just-in-Time supply chains.
• Ability to define, implement and monitor process control plans with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement final vehicle process quality assurance and audit plans.
• Lead supplier process development and parts homologation.
• Ensure conformity of production (COP) across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with Engineering to achieve regulatory approvals and certifications.
• Develop and maintain the quality management system (ISO & TS).
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve quality concerns with cross-functional teams.
