K-LAGAN is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of automated material handling systems for industrial clients in Madrid. You will blend project management with engineering and customer coordination to deliver projects from RFQ through commissioning, meeting budget, quality, and timing targets.

The role requires a degree in engineering, experience in automation projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English, with on-site work in Madrid

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience in managing or supporting engineering projects, ideally in automation, intralogistics, or material handling systems.
• Solid knowledge of RFQ processes, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems design, including integration of automated equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid and occasionally travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and development of customized automated material handling systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to targets.
• Coordinate RFQ documentation, preparing cost estimations and feasibility analyses.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system designs and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure alignment across all project stages.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with objectives.
