Syntegon Telstar S.R.U. is seeking an Automation Engineer (HMI) to design and implement HMI/SCADA solutions for complete production lines, with a focus on modern visualization and IT integration.

You will build and optimize SQL databases, design intuitive interfaces, integrate HMI with existing automation networks, perform tests and root‑cause analyses, assist commissioning at customer sites, and prepare technical documentation alongside automation, electrical, and IT teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Practical experience with SQL databases.
• Solid expertise in HMI/SCADA systems (Wonderware InTouch or AVEVA System Platform).
• Good understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP).
• Confident handling of Windows operating systems.
• Ability to multitask and take responsibility for complete production lines.
• Good English proficiency and openness to international travel when required.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly committed Automation Engineer (HMI) with a strong affinity for IT and modern visualization technologies. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of automation, industrial IT, and user‑centric interface design contributing directly to the performance, reliability, and usability of our production line systems. With your expertise in databases, networking, and intuitive HMI concepts, you will help shape robust and innovative visualization solutions that enable smooth and efficient operations across our entire equipment portfolio.

• Good English proficiency and openness to international travel when required
• Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented working style
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in automation, HMI/SCADA, or industrial IT (more senior profiles are equally welcome!)
