Job summary

Beiersdorf Manufacturing Tres Cantos, S.L. is seeking an automation-focused professional to reinforce the Plant Automation Team in a highly automated production environment.

You will troubleshoot, modify PLCs and HMIs, and support commissioning of advanced equipment across production lines. The ideal candidate has hands-on Siemens PLCs, TIA Portal experience, and familiarity with robotics, vision systems and motion control.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation within manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal.
• Knowledge of motion control and automated machinery.
• Exposure to robotics and machine vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving automation issues on production lines.
• Implementing modifications and improvements in PLCs, HMIs and control systems.
• Supporting automation projects, commissioning activities and equipment optimization.
• Providing technical support for vision systems, robotics and industrial networks.
• Working closely with Production, Maintenance and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, backups and automation standards.

Your Tasks

You will join the Plant Automation Team, supporting production lines and contributing to the continuous improvement of automated systems.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in packaging or high-speed production lines is highly valued.
• Exposure to robotics and machine vision systems.
• English B2/C1
