Grifols, a global health care company, seeks a Production Specialist to support production and warehouse managers, improve efficiency, and digitize manual processes in Biomat operations. The role focuses on Plasma Storage Freezers, Plasma Classification Room, and Biological Sample Archive.

Requirements include a degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Automotive engineering, 5+ years in industrial ops, English at B2.2, and experience with SAP/WMS, Python/SQL, and Lean Six Sigma.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
• Master’s degree in manufacturing project management, Continuous Improvement, or similar is highly desirable.
• Minimum English level of B2.2 (technical environments).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operational environments (warehousing/production valued).
• Experience in process improvement, digitalization, or automation projects (RPA).
• Experience with SAP and WMS.
• Practical experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Agile, Design Thinking, TPM, Shingo).
• Experience managing data analysis and statistics (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to influence others during change processes; strong problem-solving, communication, numerical, and results-orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Support managers in updating procedures, workflows, and documentation, ensuring GMP, legal, environmental, and traceability compliance.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP, WMS, and other systems to build KPIs, dashboards, and insights.
• Analyze and redesign workflows, identifying and automating manual processes, including RPA implementations.
• Lead automation and digitalization projects across operations, collaborating with IT, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma to enhance productivity and standardization.
• Oversee the Biological Sample Archive with compliant storage, traceability, and vendor interactions.
