Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid is seeking an Automation & Analytics Specialist who thrives on technology, automation, and AI to drive digital transformation across the business.

You’ll identify opportunities, design automation using Power Platform, N8N, Celonis, and lead BI projects with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Qlik Cloud, delivering dashboards and analytics that inform strategic decisions and elevate efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience delivering technical solutions from design through implementation and support.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI use cases across business areas.
• Design and develop automation solutions using Power Platform, N8N, Celonis, and similar technologies.
• Lead projects involving Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Qlik Cloud; translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decisions.
• Act as an internal consultant on Automation, AI, and BI topics, driving improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams in digital transformation projects.

You'll play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, helping teams increase efficiency through automation, AI, Business Intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI use cases across different business areas.
• Design and develop automation solutions using Power Platform, N8N, Celonis, and similar technologies.
• Lead and contribute to projects involving Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Qlik Cloud.
• Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Develop impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support business decisions.
• Act as an internal consultant on Automation, AI, and BI topics, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
• Drive technical initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring successful adoption and value delivery.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams in digital transformation projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Qlik Cloud, and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions in business environments.
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in emerging technologies and practical AI applications.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Background & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Automation, AI, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience delivering technical solutions from design through implementation and support.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
