Job summary

BNP Paribas is seeking an Audit Professional Practices Associate to support the European Internal Audit function. The role involves dual office work with teams in Paris and a presence in Madrid, contributing to planning, data analysis, and governance reporting.

The ideal candidate will help ensure compliance with IIA standards, ECB requirements, and deliver robust management information to General Management and the Board. A background in economics/finance and strong Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting or Engineering school; or a Master in Business Management.
• Strong data analysis and advisory capabilities with 3–4 years of experience.
• Proficient with PowerPoint decks and Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Fluent English; French is optional.

Responsibilities

• Audit Planning: data collection from global systems and risk assessment updates.
• Prepare governance materials and governance framework documentation.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for audit stakeholders.
• Support senior management with analysis and presentation materials.
