Mercier Consultancy is seeking Spanish-speaking social media content moderators to join our team in Greece. You will review and moderate Spanish-language content, ensure compliance with platform policies, and escalate complex cases when needed.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills (written and spoken).
• EU passport or EU citizenship required for relocation.
• Interest in social media platforms and online communities.
• Strong analytical thinking and sound ethical judgement.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large content volumes.
• Professional, resilient mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Greece.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communications.

Responsabilidades

• Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content published on social media platforms in Spanish, ensuring full compliance with guidelines.
• Identify and action harmful, misleading, abusive, or policy-violating content with accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of moderation decisions using internal systems.
• Monitor trends and patterns in Spanish-speaking communities and flag risks.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, QA, and Policy specialists to uphold standards.
• Participate in training and calibration sessions to stay aligned with policies.
• Provide feedback on policy gaps and moderation workflows.
