Formación

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder's office roles.
• Tech/SaaS/high-growth startup background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of stakeholder management.

About the Role

The Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

You will work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision‑making and enabling cross‑functional excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high‑priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI‑led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead deep‑dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
