Ebury Valencia Office – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. Associate Product Manager will own the Service product area within Client Operations, driving end-to-end delivery and linking to other operational systems.

Formación

• Product Management: 2+ years in product for fintech or SaaS, launching and improving real products.
• Systems thinking: understand how platforms connect, design for long-term.
• Process-to-automation instinct: map manual processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Comfort with CRM platforms as context, not core of the role.
• Metric-driven: set baselines, targets, and rely on data to decide what to build.
• Comfortable using AI and modern tools to work faster.
• Strong cross-functional influence across engineering and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Service product area end to end—the why, what, and how.
• Set the long-term vision for how Service connects to operational platforms.
• Map and standardize processes and identify opportunities to automate.
• Define outcomes and requirements for Engineering; drive high-quality delivery across the full cycle.
• Set success metrics; track them; let data drive prioritization and impact assessment.
• Connect the service platform to wider operational systems, using automation and AI where appropriate.
• Maintain focus on a service-ops context (cases, routing, SLAs) and relate work to the broader platform.
• Gather feedback from teams and clients; lead Show & Tell; act as the go-to product.
