Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining data/software solutions for complex workflows.
• Strong Python programming and knowledge of other languages.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Experience with relational databases and data integration/processing.
• Design modular, configurable, reusable solutions.
• Translate business or scientific needs into technical requirements.
• Experience delivering technical work in an agile environment.
• Ability to evaluate options and explain trade-offs on scalability, security, cost.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, design, develop, and deploy modular data solutions for end-to-end R&D workflows.
• Align architecture with security requirements and apply modern engineering practices.
• Lead delivery, manage risks, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior colleagues and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Engineer FAIR+T compliant data capabilities with traceability and governance.
• Map critical workflows and drive value through reusable capabilities.
