Lilly is seeking a marketing materials specialist to support the OFG launch in obesity care. You will work closely with the Brand Manager senior, Medical, Regulatory/Compliance, sales and agencies to ensure quality, deadlines and compliance in every material.

Responsibilities include producing and coordinating promotional and educational materials, coordinating digital content and multichannel plans, supporting samples programs, and organizing events and trainings.

Formación

• University degree in health, pharmacy, biology or marketing related field.
• Experience in marketing, production of materials, agency or junior roles in pharma industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to production and coordination of promotional and educational materials (brochures, dosing guides, banners) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the execution of digital and multi-channel content plan (webinars, videos, mass mail) under Brand Manager senior guidance.
• Support production of program samples materials.
• Coordinate logistics and execution of events and trainings (Speaker Trainings, internal launch communications).
• Assist patient support and adherence initiatives.
• Manage approval workflow and archiving of materials (e.g., Veeva/MLRO).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, Medical, sales and external suppliers.

Propósito del proyecto formativo: Dar soporte a la estrategia de marca de OFG (Orforglipron) en obesidad, con foco en la producción y ejecución de los materiales, contenidos y actividades del lanzamiento, garantizando calidad, plazos y cumplimiento. Es un rol de ejecución y aprendizaje, en estrecha colaboración con el Brand Manager senior, Medical, Regulatory/Compliance, ventas y agencias.

Responsabilidades principales

• Contribuir a la producción y coordinación de materiales promocionales y educativos (folletos, guías de dosificación, banners), junto con Medical, Regulatory/MLRO y agencias, asegurando el cumplimiento del código.
• Colaborar en la ejecución del plan de contenidos digitales y multicanal (webinars, vídeos, mass mail) bajo la dirección del Brand Manager senior.
• Apoyar la producción de los materiales y activos del programa de muestras.
• Coordinar la logística y ejecución de eventos y formaciones (Speaker Trainings, comunicación interna de lanzamiento).
• Apoyar las iniciativas de soporte al paciente y adherencia.
• Gestionar el flujo de aprobación y archivo de materiales (p. ej. Veeva/MLRO).
• Colaborar de forma transversal con el equipo de marca, Medical, ventas y proveedores externos.

Requisitos

• Grado universitario (Ciencias de la Salud, Farmacia, Biología, ADE/Marketing o afín).
• Experiencia en marketing, producción de materiales, agencia o roles junior en industria farmacéutica (valorable en cardiometabólico/obesidad).
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas; valorable Veeva y conocimiento del código Farmaindustria.
