Job summary

Resort la Costa in Cataluña, Spain, is seeking an Assistant Waiter to join our 4-star hotel team for the summer season. You will learn table service for à la carte, buffet and gastronomic menus, under supervision of the waiter and head waiter.

Duties include receiving goods for dining room, organizing fridges and storerooms, operating beer puller and coffee machine, setting up events, and adhering to HACCP and cleaning protocols.

Qualifications

• Spanish and Catalan read and written at an intermediate level.
• Ability to use a PDA.
• Ability to work in a team and in front of the public.
• Neat person who has notions of cleaning.

Duties
Under the supervision of the waiter or experienced head waiter, we are looking for people with vocation to work as ASSISTANT WAITER:
