- Support daily operations and lead store floor activities.
- Drive sales through product promotion and upselling to meet targets.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members on the shop floor.
- Assist with inventory, stock control and deliveries.
- Support Store Manager with day-to-day leadership in their absence.
- Maintain a safe, positive and well‑run store environment.
