Zusammenfassung

AIREKO is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates have a civil/construction/mechanical engineering background, at least three years of PM experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of three (3) years of construction project management experience.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate labor and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Support procurement, scheduling, and project logistics.
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily activity reports.
• Conduct site safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, local agencies, and utility companies.
• Review and update project drawings and documentation.
• Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
