Job summary

La Casita de Inglés in Madrid is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily center operations. You will manage student drop-off/pick-up, capture photos/videos of activities, and help prepare crafts and flashcards for the week.

The role requires a native-level English speaker (C2) and at least 6 months of experience with children. Occasional teaching may be needed when substitutes are unavailable; the contract runs 13 hours per week with a fixed monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Native English (C2 level) or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience teaching or working with children in a professional environment.
• Availability for 13 hours/week (Tue/Thu/Fri 17:30–19:30) plus 4 hrs prep time per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily center operations and drop-off/pick-up.
• Capture photos/videos of classroom activities as needed.
• Keep rooms organized and prepare crafts/flashcards for upcoming week.
• Occasionally cover teaching when regular teacher is absent.
