Exus Renewables is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team. You will oversee a Solar photovoltaic portfolio across its lifecycle, ensuring technical, operational and commercial performance and maximizing investor value.

You will work with internal teams, external service providers, and asset owners, ensuring compliance, profitability, and best-in-class operational excellence across the portfolio.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A Master's degree in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Asset Management or a similar role within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy plant operations.
  • Knowledge of electricity markets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of autonomy, attention to detail and proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptability and collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage day-to-day technical and commercial performance of renewable energy assets.
  • Monitor production, weather and market data to identify improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with energy regulations and document assets.
  • Promote health, safety and environmental standards across facilities.
  • Prepare and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets for cost optimization.
  • Coordinate and oversee O&M contractors and external providers.
  • Act as primary contact for investors and asset owners with updates.
  • Identify and coordinate suppliers meeting project requirements.
  • Support technical due diligence and asset acquisitions via inspections.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Development, Energy Management, QHSE, and Site Managers.
  • Contribute to portfolio optimization and asset management initiatives.

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a Solar photovoltaic portfolio of renewable energy assets throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring their technical, operational and commercial performance while maximizing value for our investors.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary internal teams, external service providers and clients, acting as the main point of contact for asset owners and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance and profitability across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day technical and commercial performance of renewable energy assets, ensuring optimal availability, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor operational performance by analysing production, weather and market data to identify improvement opportunities and define preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable energy regulations and maintain accurate technical and operational documentation for assigned assets.
  • Promote compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across all supervised facilities.
  • Prepare, manage and monitor operating (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, ensuring cost optimisation and efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the performance of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contractors, market representatives and other external service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and continuous performance improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors and asset owners, providing regular updates, operational reporting and resolving technical or commercial matters.
  • Identify, evaluate and coordinate suppliers that meet the technical and commercial requirements of each project.
  • Support technical due diligence activities and renewable asset acquisitions through site inspections and operational assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Legal, Development & Construction, Energy Management, QHSE, Control Centre and Site Managers to ensure efficient asset management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support additional Asset Management initiatives across the wider portfolio, contributing to the continuous optimisation of company assets.
What You Bring
