Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall performance of operating renewable energy assets.

• Lead relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, off-takers, and service providers.
• Collaborate with O&M teams to ensure operational excellence, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
• Drive performance improvements through KPI monitoring, best practices, and process enhancements.
• Manage asset budgets, P&L performance, reporting requirements, and support audits.
• Assist with asset acquisitions, due diligence activities, and the integration of new projects into the portfolio.

The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of an Asset Manager in work in an international IPP with more than 2 GW of onshore and BESS projects in pipeline.

The Asset Manager, will manage the investments and portfolio of renewable energy assets and will manage relevant transactions and operations. The role is based in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall performance of operating renewable energy assets.
• Monitor financial, operational, and contractual obligations to ensure optimal asset value.
• Lead relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, off-takers, and service providers.
• Collaborate with O&M teams to ensure operational excellence, HSE compliance, and contract performance.
• Drive performance improvements through KPI monitoring, best practices, and process enhancements.
• Manage asset budgets, P&L performance, reporting requirements, and support audits.
• Assist with asset acquisitions, due diligence activities, and the integration of new projects into the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Plus 3 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, operations, or a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of solar PV and renewable energy asset operations.
• Experience with utility-scale BESS assets is an advantage.
• Solid commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
