Job summary

Action is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors and follow up on their participation in market research studies, building engagement and a strong panel of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with good English, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Experience in multinational environments is a plus, with tasks including documentation, translations, and mailings.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills; experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
