Aristocrat is seeking an Art Lead to drive the visual direction for our digital casino gaming content. You will lead a skilled team to produce captivating assets, ensuring consistency and high quality across all visuals.

In this role, you will mentor artists, align with production goals, and optimize artwork for multiple platforms while embracing Agile workflows and storytelling through art.

Formación

• 2+ years in a lead artist role with a proven track record.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Passion for storytelling through visual art.
• Knowledge and experience working with AI tools - Advantage.
