Job summary

TLD Europe, acteur mondial du matériel au sol pour l’aviation, recherche un technicien service après-vente pour intervenir sur les équipements et assurer la mise en service chez nos clients en Espagne. Poste basé à Madrid, déplacements fréquents à prévoir.

Profil: formation supérieure en maintenance/électricité et au moins 5 ans d’expérience industrielle. Anglais courant indispensable; déplacements fréquents sur l’ensemble du territoire.

Responsibilities

• Livraison et mise en service de l'équipement.
• Interventions sur site chez les clients pour les demandes de garantie.
• Dépannage et réparations.
• Fournir une expertise technique et du support.
• Formation des utilisateurs et maintenance de premier niveau.
• Rapports d'activité (rapports d'intervention et clôture, retours clients).
• Application des bulletins de service.

Présentation du poste :

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your essential duties and responsabilities will be :

• Delivery and commissioning of equipment.


• On-site interventions at customer locations in response to warranty requests.


• Troubleshooting and repair activities.


• Providing technical expertise and support.


• User training and 1st level maintenance for customers.


• Activity-related reporting (intervention reports and closure, customer feedback, etc.)


• Application of service bulletins.

Profil recherché :

What we are looking for :

With a higher education qualification in maintenance/electrical, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.

You have solid technical and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of the following fields:

• Mechanics


• Electrical engineering


• Hydraulics


• Automation (CANbus preferred)


• Refrigeration / Air conditioning

As a true ambassador for TLD, you demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential for this position.

This position requires extensive travel, most of the time from Monday to Friday, throughout the country.

We will support you by training on our products and tools. Training will take place in our European factories (France, Belgium and the UK).
