A leading coatings manufacturer is seeking a results-driven sales professional for their Protective Coatings business in Spain. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting product demos, and maintaining customer relationships. This position involves extensive travel across Spain and offers the opportunity to work from a home office.

Formación

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Protective Coatings market.
  • In-depth product knowledge in Protective Coatings.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies.

  • Represent our Protective Coatings portfolio across Spain with expert product knowledge.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, relationship buildingand implementing of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify on the market how our solutions meet customer needs and act as the primary point of contact for dedicated customers.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demos, prepare proposals, and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure success.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Protective Coatings market in Spain.
  • In-depth product knowledge in Protective Coatings and understanding of both commercial and technical aspects.
  • Proficient in computer applications and ability to analyze data and adapt strategies.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills, customer focus and a good time management.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships.
  • Ability to work from Home Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (70% + of the time) across Spain.
