RKD in Málaga is seeking an Architectural Technologist to translate design concepts into detailed technical solutions, ensuring constructability, performance and compliance across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology and circa 3–5 years post-qualification experience, with strong BIM, Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD skills, and ability to coordinate design with multidisciplinary teams, including overseas site visits.

Formación

• Bachelor or higher degree of Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Circa 3–5 years of post-qualified experience.
• Familiar with current Building Planning Regulations and variations internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Produção de deliverables using Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD per project standards.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines.
• Produce sketch/conceptual design for projects.
• Ensure design work is buildable and conforms to standards.
• Contribute to architectural standards and solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Promote the company to potential clients and partners.
• Participate in industry events to build networks.
• Liaise with Project Manager / Contract Administrator.
• Site visits including overseas travel for project support.
