del Negro Studio, an architecture and interior design studio based in Sóller, Mallorca, seeks a highly organized Studio Assistant to support daily studio operations and coordinate the team. You will handle agendas, meetings, project administration, budgets, logistics and internal coordination, working closely with the head of the studio.

The role requires excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; Mallorquín is a plus.

Formación

• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish. Catalan is an advantage.
• Highly organized, precise and comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent and able to anticipate what the directors and studio may need.
• Practical and resourceful, with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Confident using Mac, iPhone, Excel, Word and Gmail.
• Basic knowledge of project budgets and financial tracking is highly valued.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and collaborators.
• Driving license and own car are required.
