Qualifications

• Completed Grade 12 with strong passes in Mathematics and Physical Science.
• Keen interest in automotive mechanics and precision machining.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist senior automotive machinists in the disassembly and inspection of engines and components.
• Learn to operate precision machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Perform tasks such as cylinder boring, honing, and decking.
• Measure and inspect engine components for wear and damage using precision measuring tools.
• Conduct valve seat grinding and reconditioning.
• Clean and prepare engine parts for assembly.
• Assist in assembling and balancing engine components.
• Maintain tools, machinery, and the workshop area, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate actively in theoretical training and practical assessments.
