Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead experimental design, execution, and delivery of applied research projects involving ALD, MLD, and VPI.
• Serve as the key technical liaison for industrial partners and applied technology centers.
• Develop, optimize, and scale vapor-phase deposition recipes and surface functionalization strategies.
• Coordinate testing and characterization; deliver technical reports, project deliverables, and proposals.
• Support group leaders in identifying public and private funding opportunities and co-author grant proposals.
