Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering software or customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep understanding of engineering data flows across the lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Material Information Management platforms.
• Experience with PLM integration and data governance challenges.
• Proficiency in English and at least one of French or German.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales during the technical cycle, delivering demonstrations and proof-of-concept work demonstrating Material Information Management solutions.
• Serve as senior technical advisor and main contact for customers implementing MIM platforms and integrating with PLM/CAE/enterprise systems.
• Lead workshops to map data workflows, identify gaps, and design scalable solutions.
• Translate governance and integration challenges into actionable recommendations for engineers and leadership.
• Act as subject-matter expert for MIM within customer engagements and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap, interoperability, and usability based on field feedback.
• Mentor application engineers and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.
