Job summary

Openbank, Santander Group's digital bank, is seeking a Technical BPM Consultant (Appian) based in Madrid within the Risk domain. You will develop and maintain Appian applications, integrate with databases and REST APIs, and support deployment and production operations across environments.

The role requires 2+ years with Appian, a Computer Science/Software Engineering degree, and English plus Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Appian projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
English and Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the analysis, design, and delivery of Appian Front-End features and user interfaces.
Build and implement BPM workflows and process management solutions.
Create and support integrations with databases, REST APIs, and SAML2 authentication through Azure Active Directory.
Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, while managing Docker images and supporting containerized environments.
Coordinate and support application deployments across different environments, carrying out validations and providing production support including technical troubleshooting and incident resolution.
