DKB Code Factory is seeking a Product Manager for Premium Cards to own the backlog and roadmap for an API‑first domain, translating strategic goals into reusable, scalable card capabilities. You will partner with Engineering and Architects to deliver outcomes for millions of users.

You will lead roadmap decisions, manage the backlog, define API contracts, and drive data‑driven prioritisation while balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term sustainability in a fast‑moving environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager on API-first or platform products with end‑to‑end delivery responsibility.
• Strong backlog management, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger concepts, authentication patterns and integration design.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum practices and ensuring story readiness at sprint start.
• Demonstrable use of data and product KPIs to drive prioritisation and measure impact.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to present product direction to both technical and business audiences.
• Fluent English (working language); German beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap for Premium Cards, making priorities, milestones, and cross‑team dependencies transparent to stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritise the Product Backlog; ensure Epics and User Stories are implementation‑ready with clear Acceptance Criteria.
• Drive API‑first product development: define API contracts, collaborate on OpenAPI specifications, and ensure solutions are reusable and scalable.
• Lead discovery and validation activities using qualitative research, experiments, and metrics to prioritise work by customer value and operational impact.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Engineering, Architecture, Business Analysts and Design to ensure predictable, high‑quality releases.
• Track and report product KPIs; use data to inform prioritisation, measure adoption, and improve time‑to‑value.
• Balance short‑term delivery needs with long‑term technical sustainability, managing trade‑offs and stakeholder expectations.
