Job summary

Reboot Monkey seeks an experienced Data Center Technicians (DCT) Recruitment Specialist for the APAC region. You will source, screen, and recruit technicians across facilities, focusing on hands-on DC skills and credential verification.

You will build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, and availability, and coordinate onboarding with safety SOPs while tracking performance with the operations team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including managing a DCT pool.
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills.
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented with precision managing a regional DCT database.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC facilities.
• Conduct technical screening interviews focused on hands-on DC skills.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool by location, skill level, availability, reliability.
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, work history.
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and evaluations.
• Coordinate onboarding: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.
• Track DCT performance after deployment with operations team feedback.
• Expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities.
• Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies.
• Maintain DCT database with availability, skills, and performance ratings.
