Volotea Alaeo SL in Barcelona is seeking an AOG Logistics Specialist to own urgent parts flow, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery across MCC and Logistics.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, up to 2 from home) and collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve issues, monitor progress, and keep inventory records accurate.

Formación

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or material management (aviation MRO/OEM experience is a plus).
• Familiar with inventory systems (AMOS preferred) and aircraft/engine/component records.
• Highly organized, analytical, fast problem-solver with clear communication under pressure.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with ability to make quick decisions in high-stakes situations.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process AOG and urgent material requests from MCC and Logistics, confirming exact part/details.
• Check AMOS or inventory systems to determine availability, location, and interchangeability of parts.
• Select the optimal sourcing location based on lead time, stock levels, and available shipping methods.
• Arrange and coordinate shipments from pick-up to delivery—liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and internal stations.
• Ensure continuous information flow between shipper, consignee, vendor, and forwarder throughout the shipment process.
• Track and monitor shipment progress in real time, proactively resolving delays or issues.
• Process all shipment documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Confirm receipt transactions in the system upon delivery to keep inventory records up to date.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations, finding efficient logistics solutions under time-critical conditions.
