InfoJobs busca un desarrollador Android excepcional para unirse al equipo de InfoJobs. Trabajarás en un equipo de producto con metodología Agile, participando desde cero en la definición del producto y, gracias a tus conocimientos de Android, lo harás realidad junto a tus colegas.

Te unirás a Adevengers, el equipo responsable de la experiencia de búsqueda de empleo para candidatos, gestionando características que ayudan a millones de usuarios cada día.

Qualificações

• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo Android.
• Dominio de Kotlin (y Java) y RESTful APIs.
• Experiencia con Clean Architecture, pruebas unitarias y pruebas de UI, CI/CD, monitoreo y alerting.
• Experiencia con MVP o MVVM.
• Experiencia trabajando con A/B Test y releases basados en features.
• Conocimiento de Jetpack Compose.
• Capacidad para llegar a acuerdos y gestionar trade-offs.
• Ser un modelo a seguir de los comportamientos de Adevinta.

Responsabilidades

• Diseño e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas desde una perspectiva Android.

You'll be joining the InfoJobs tech team, whose mission is to maintain the #1 jobs marketplace position in the Spanish market.

We are organized in two clusters — candidates and employers — and this role sits within the candidates' cluster.

Our mission is to help millions of job seekers find the right opportunity at the right time. We do this by building and improving the search and discovery experience: from the core search engine and AI-powered search to personalized recommendations and candidate-facing features that make finding a job faster, smarter, and more intuitive.

We operate in a high-traffic, data-intensive environment and work closely with Product, UX, and other engineering teams to continuously improve the experience for our users.

Position Mission

We are looking for an exceptional Android developer for our InfoJobs team. You will be part of a product team, working with Agile methodology (SCRUM and Lean). Your main role will be to carry out missions together with the team. You will participate from 0 in the definition of the product. And thanks to your technical knowledge of Android, you will make it a reality, together with your colleagues.

You will be joining Adevengers, the team responsible for the job search experience for candidates on InfoJobs — owning the features that help millions of job seekers find the right opportunity every day.

Position Main Responsibilities

• As a member of a product team, you will be involved in the design and implementation of technology solutions from an Android point of view.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to technical decisions, striving for quality, performance, and clean architecture.
• Develop and implement systems using best practices and tools, then document and communicate them.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team and develop client-side solutions that will be used by millions of users every day.
• Mentor and coach the rest of Android devs in the vertical.
• Contribute to the definition and delivery of community objectives.
• Bring creativity and experimentation to your day-to-day activities.
• Exploit mobile devices, specific advantages, and new Android features to bring our app to a new level in the industry.
• Participate in initiatives as Accelerate metrics to improve our development performance.

Requirements

Must:

• 5+ years of experience
• Deep experience with Kotlin (and Java) and RESTful APIs
• Experience with Clean Architecture, Unit testing, UI testing, CI&CD, coroutines, monitoring and alerting, and other techniques/tools used to deliver high-quality software
• Experience with app based on MVP or MVVM
• Experience working with A/B Test and Feature based release
• Being up to date and mastering state-of-the-art of Android development ecosystem
• Ability to reach agreements and manage trade-offs
• Experience with Jetpack Compose
