LEGO Group is seeking a hands-on Analytics & Insights Partner in Spain to act as a strategic commercial advisor, delivering data-driven insights that guide decisions and drive growth. You will join the Spain BU LT, blending business insight with analytical expertise and storytelling to support short-term and long-term strategies.

The role supports a hybrid work week (Best of Both) with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, and relocation/visa assistance is not offered.

Formación

  • Experience in data analysis and commercial data insights roles.
  • Ability to present insights to SLT and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership maturity to influence at senior level.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide deep-dive analyses on commercial performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.
  • Apply statistical modelling and forecasting to anticipate trends and inform strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align insights with business strategies.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses and deliver insights with minimal guidance.

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Analytics & Insights Partner to act as a strategic commercial advisor, delivering data-driven insights that advise decisions, optimise performance, and drive commercial growth.

As a key member of the Spain business unit Leadership Team (BU LT), you will combinebusiness insight, analytical expertise, and storytelling skillsto support bothshort-term goalsandlong-term strategies.

We’re pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

Relocation & visa assistance is not offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored commercial analytic insights and track key performance metrics.

  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Provide deep-dive analyses on commercial performance, uncovering actionable insights.

  • Storytelling: Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for non-technical partners.

  • Forecasting & Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical modelling and forecasting tools to anticipate trends and inform strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align insights with business strategies.

  • Independent Project Management: Lead ad hoc analyses, resolve conflicts, and deliver insights with minimal guidance.

Key Deliverables:

  • Analyse data from pricing, promotions, and product mix to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Build and maintain commercial performance data reporting for the region.

  • Integrate insights from industry and shopper data to inform commercial strategies.

  • Implement forecasting tools and guide decision-making through insights.

  • Train stakeholders on self-service data tools and recommend additional solutions.

  • Support “test and learn” experiments, providing clear result’s analysis.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experienced in data analysis and commercial data insights roles, preferably in consumer goods, retail or consultancy company.

  • Leadership maturity: Comfortable operating as a full member of the Leadership Team, with the leadership presence, maturity and influence to contribute effectively at senior level.

  • Ability to present insights and make compelling recommendations to Snr Leadership (SLT) in a clear and actionable format for diverse audiences.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, performance drivers, and consumer behaviour.

  • Ability to synthesize data for diverse audiences and manage ad hoc projects.

  • Intermediate expertise in SQL, Python, and tools like Snowflake and Databricks.

  • Proficient in data modelling, exploratory analysis, and statistical techniques.

  • Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions.Proven experience in building dashboards and structuring datasets.

  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken (please submit your CV in English).
