Ayming is seeking a data analytics professional in Spain to translate business needs into robust data models and analytics solutions. You will build datasets using Databricks, SQL, and Python, and develop BI reports and dashboards for self-service analytics.

Collaborating with stakeholders and the Data Engineer, you will ensure KPI quality and promote data-driven decisions across the Spain organization, supporting Data & AI initiatives and scalable analytics products.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Good Python programming skills for data preparation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms (Looker, Tableau).
• Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytical models.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Databricks (Snowflake, Jupyther Notebooks, Google Colab).
• Understanding of data modeling and analytical data structures.
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain analytical datasets using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Develop and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Analyze local data sources and integrate them into the broader data ecosystem.
• Support the identification, design, and deployment of Data & AI use cases.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of KPIs.
• Act as a bridge between business users and the central Data & AI team.
• Promote data-driven decision making across the Spain organization.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer to industrialize analytics products.
