Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join the Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions, modelling data in dbt and defining certified metrics the company relies on.

You will partner with Data Engineering to evolve the data warehouse and work with stakeholders to translate questions into trustworthy data products, including data served through AI agents.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and dimensional modelling.
• Knowledge of modern data stack (warehouse, Python, BI tools).
• Rigour in data quality, documentation, and auditing data models.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into generalized models.

Responsibilities

• Model data and define certified metrics for company-wide use.
• Design and maintain KPI layers for product, finance, and company-wide topics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to evolve the data warehouse and with stakeholders to produce reusable data products.
