If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

The CEO Office team is a dynamic, high-performance group dedicated to supporting senior leadership in driving business growth and operational perfection. This team is responsible for:

  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborating with senior executives to analyze business performance, interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
  2. Operational Leadership: Managing the business operating model and cadence, ensuring efficient execution of initiatives and processes.
  3. Future Growth Planning: Driving critical initiatives, both short-term (e.g., Go-to-Growth planning) and long-term, through cross-functional collaboration.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of strategic decision-making and operational planning, while also encouraging professional growth for advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst in the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s objectives through:

  1. Data-Driven Insights: Conducting sophisticated analytics to structure and tackle complex business problems, providing data-driven recommendations to executives.
  2. Performance Optimization: Monitoring and improving operational performance through sales governance, pipeline analysis, and sales coverage optimization.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working across teams to establish scalable reporting, operational standards, and process improvements.
  4. Executive Presentations: Preparing presentation-ready content and recommendations to advise and guide senior-level decision-making.
  5. Strategic Planning: Supporting annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
  6. Project Involvement: Participating in key critical initiatives aimed at driving transformation and long-term growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for using analytics and strategy to drive impactful business outcomes. You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are excited by the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to craft organizational strategy.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Relevant years of experience in finance, management consulting, sales strategy, or a high-growth technology environment.
  2. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL.
  3. Proven track record to navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
  5. Demonstrated self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
  6. Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (French, German, or Dutch preferred).

What You’ll Gain:

This role provides an outstanding opportunity to:

  1. Develop your skills in analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  2. Work directly with senior executives on high-impact projects.
  3. Contribute to crafting the organization’s long-term success.
  4. Advance your career through exposure to leadership and challenging growth opportunities.

Join our team and be part of an exciting journey to drive growth and innovation at the heart of our organization.
